☑︎Dream 2》スカイダイビング-Skydiving 

高所恐怖症の私。
ここ数年でだいぶ緩和されてきたけれど、
子どもの頃は歩道橋も渡れない、エスカレーターも下りは無理という重症さ。
学生の時は彼氏とデートで登った展望台も外が丸見えのエレベーターで腰を抜かすし、とっても行きたかったフィレンツェのドゥオモもてっぺんまでの階段・回廊で足がすくんで断念…
First of all, I’ve had acrophobia.
It’s getting better in these years, however, I wasn’t able to cross the crossover bridge, and also going down with the escalators in my childhood.
When I was on a date with my ex,
I sank down on a elevator floor because it had a huge see through window. Also, I gave up going up to the top of the Duomo of Florence because of those high scary satires and cloisters...

スカイダイビングは自分には永久に縁がないと思っていたし、空に飛び出す？飛び降りるなんて不可能だと思ってた。
I’ve just believed so hard that the day I try skydiving never comes. Diving into the sky, kidding me? I’m not capable jumping out to the sky.

でも、眺めの良さそうなハワイなら大丈夫かも⁈って勢いで友達と行ってきた。
But, what if... it has a beautiful view? Like Hawaii? I just tagged on to my friends plan.

セスナからどんどん空に飛び出していくみんなを見ている時間はとてつもなく怖かったけれど、

Watching other people jumping out from the Cessna was the most scary part,

いざ自分の番になってエイっ！ってセスナから飛び出すと、今までに見たことのない新しい世界がそこには広がっていた。
 but when my turn came, I just jumped out with my eyes wide open. Then there was an unbelievably beautiful and never seen scenery existed.

空の青と海の青に挟まれて、どこを見ても遮るものはなにもない。風の抵抗を受けながら重力に引っ張られる。

Being wedged between blues of the sky and the ocean, there was nothing to interrupt the view. Feeling the wind and being pulled by gravity.

突っ込んだ雲はしっとりとひんやりしてた。
Shoved into clouds and it felt cool and moist.

パラシュートが開いて地上が近づくにつれて、キレイな海岸線や山がくっきりと見えてくる。「凄い！なんて美しいの！信じられない！私…飛んでる！」って子どもの様にはしゃぐ私に、タンデムしてくれたインストラクターアンディーは「そうだよ、君は飛んでるんだ！凄いだろ！」って長く空を漂い続けてくれた。
When the parachute was open and got closer to the ground, the view of the cost and the mountains got more clear. “Amazing! How beautiful! I can’t believe it! I’m flying!!” I was hyper like a kid. “Yes, you’re flying. Amazing, huh?”, my tandem instructor Andy said, and he gave me enough time to waft.

飛んでみた今、全ての人にスカイダイビングやってみてほしいと思う。あの世界を一度でいいから見てみてもらいたい！
After all, I strongly recommend to those people who never tried skydiving to give it a chance. You should see that dreamlike world of the sky!
